DETAILED DOSING INSTRUCTIONS

Ensure that the mucus membranes of your mouth are clean. To do this, rinse your mouth with water only. Do not brush your teeth or use mouthwash before use. Mint may interfere with proper absorption. (Read full explanation below.)

Spray twice under your tongue, 3 times every day or follow recommendation of your personal healthcare provider. Hold spray under the tongue for at least 30 seconds (or up to one minute) before swallowing.

Take in the morning. HGH, HGH Plus, and adrenal products should be taken immediately upon waking.

Take second dose in the afternoon. For maximum effect: take 30 minutes before exercise; or between 2 PM to 4 PM if no exercise is planned. Aim to take this dosage in the middle of your day, so adjust as appropriate for your personal schedule.

Take final daily dose in the evening. HGH supplements this dose should be taken right before sleep.

During the first 3 months, take the product every day.

After 3 months of daily usage, begin a new schedule. Take the product for 6 days in a row and then skip every 7th day. Take one full week off after every 3 months of therapy.

Some homeopathic physicians recommend avoiding anything that contains strong scents. This includes common substances such as mint found in toothpaste, mouthwash, chewing gum, and breath mints.

But today some question as to whether mint has any effect on homeopathic products. While creator of homeopathy, Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, forbade the use of mint and other strong smelling substances while taking homeopathic therapy, new research in the original language of Dr. Hahnemann's writings proves this may not be correct.

Since we cannot say with certainty that mint and other strong scents won't have an adverse effect on product effectiveness, we recommend avoiding these substances if possible. There are many mint free toothpaste options now. Look for homeopathically compatible toothpaste by Auromere and Peelu online and in health stores. Please note: If you do not switch to a mint-free toothpaste or mouthwash then make sure to wait a full twenty minutes to brush your teeth or use any strong smelling substances after each dosage.

According to some homeopaths, caffeine may inactivate the homeopathic action of the product if taken too close to dosage time. The effects of some homeopathic medicines may be overwhelmed by caffeine, because it has its own strong physiological action. 

But, others, like Lisa Wells, RN, have received great benefits from continuing to drink strong coffee while using our products. Here’s what Lisa experience, “When I first began taking homeopathic HGH back in 1999 I was not told that I should avoid coffee so I continued to drink my very strong black coffee throughout the day and night whenever I wanted it, which was at least four or five cups a day, and I received such great benefits from the HGH…!”

For best results, do your spray first and then wait thirty minutes to a full hour before having caffeine.

High quality homeopathic products contain small amounts of organic vegetable alcohol because it helps to hold the potency of the formula stable and enhances absorption. If you are sensitive to alcohol, or if you notice any irritation under your tongue, place the sprays in a small amount (10-20 cc) of warm (not hot!) water for 5-10 minutes. This will evaporate the alcohol before you take it. Swish the entire liquid around in your mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing to allow the ingredients to be absorbed through the mucosa of the mouth.

If you can tolerate the alcohol in liquid cold preparations such as Nyquil, you shouldn’t have a problem with the small amount of alcohol in our products.

Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct light, electrical appliances, electromagnetics, and strong scents. Products are stable and maintain potency under normal conditions for at least two years. No refrigeration is necessary. Never store your product in freezing temperatures. Note: Generally, homeopathic products are quite hardy and stable. With proper care some homeopathic preparations over 100 years old have been found to be still be effective.
